Getting started
Open a game and allow AI processing to use the limited free allowance. No Momo account is required. Game costs and remaining play battery are shown in the app.
Purchase or restore
Open Settings > Momo Plus. Price, billing period and any eligible introductory offer are displayed before Apple confirms the purchase. Use Restore Purchases with the Apple account that purchased the subscription. If activation is pending, use Retry Activation or Restore; do not purchase again.
Cancel and delete data
Manage subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; deleting the app or Momo data does not cancel a subscription. Settings > Your Data > Delete My Data removes your device’s server records; the subscription’s shared usage is retained as described in our privacy policy.
Report a problem
Send the app version, iOS version, game name, time and error message. Do not send passwords, payment details, private conversations or API keys. For Apple billing/refund requests, use Apple’s support portal.

Satın alma ve geri yükleme
Ayarlar > Momo Plus yolunu açın. Fiyat, dönem ve uygun deneme teklifi Apple onayından önce gösterilir. Aboneliği aldığınız Apple hesabıyla Satın Alımları Geri Yükle’yi kullanın. Etkinleştirme bekliyorsa Yeniden Etkinleştir veya Geri Yükle’yi deneyin; tekrar satın almayın.
İptal ve verileri silme
Apple abonelik ayarlarından aboneliği yönetebilirsiniz. Uygulamayı/verileri silmek aboneliği iptal etmez. Verileri silme ve ortak kota saklama ayrıntıları gizlilik politikasında.
Sorun bildirimi
Uygulama/iOS sürümü, oyun adı, saat ve hata mesajını gönderin. Şifre, kart bilgisi, özel konuşma veya API anahtarı göndermeyin. Apple ödeme/iade talepleri için Apple destek portalını kullanın.
